Sales to U.S. government customers, including the DoD and intelligence and civilian agencies, as well as foreign military sales through the U.S. Government, whether directly or through prime contractors, accounted for 64% of Harris Corporations total revenues in fiscal 2015, 67% in fiscal 2014 and 2013, 70% percent in fiscal 2012, 72% in fiscal 2011, 75% in fiscal 2010, and 74% in fiscal 2009. Clearly, the U.S. Government is by far the company's biggest customer. No other customer accounted for more than 3% of revenues in fiscal 2015. No other customer accounted for more than 4% of total revenues in fiscal 2014 and 2013.

Harris' U.S. Government sales are predominantly derived from contracts with agencies of, and prime contractors to, the U.S. Government.

Harris also depends on sales to customers outside the U.S. The percentage of total revenues represented by revenue from products and services exported from the U.S., including Foreign Military Sales (FMS), or manufactured or rendered abroad was 31% in fiscal 2015, 30% in fiscal 2014, and 26% in fiscal 2013.
